What is OEKO-TEX Standard 100?

We strive to offer Oeko-Tex standard 100 certification on all of our products. 

Oeko-Tex is a registered trade mark representing product labels and company certifications issued by the International Association for Research and Testing in the Field of Textile and Leather Ecology.

Superior to USDA-Certified Organic and prevalent in Europe, items carrying an International Confidence in Textiles label, certified Oeko-Tex Standard 100, guarantee that no substances have been used in the product which are harmful to your baby’s health or to the environment.

Newborn Sets

Will I receive the items exactly as pictured?

We do our very best to enclose the items featured on our product page, however, because our selection is curated and seasonal, merchandise can occasionally go out of stock. Should this be the case, we will select a product of like-kind for substitution and notify you prior to the shipment of your order.

What size are the clothing items in the Maternité Sac?

All of our ensembles are gender neutral (items can be saved for future siblings) and come in Size 1-Month (54 cm).

Can I request an alternate size or color?

We do our best to accommodate special requests (ex: Size 0-Months or 3-Months). Simply contact us upon placement of your order and we will let you know if we can accommodate your special request.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship via Colissimo La Poste from Paris. Depending on destination, we offer overnight shipping by request (at an additional cost).

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we can ship anywhere in the world. Please inquire with us if your shipping destination is outside the United States.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Please allow up to 7-business days for order preparation and an additional 7-business day for shipping via Colissimo La Poste from Paris. As soon as your order is shipped, we will provide you with tracking and scheduled delivery date. If you require expedited service, please contact us.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept all major credit cards. At this time we accept payment through PayPal and Stripe on our website. For alternate payment options, please contact us.

How do I place an Order?

Orders can be placed online, by email, or by phone. Please contact us if you prefer to place an order by phone or email.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Orders can be canceled or modified before they ship out, simply contact us.

How Do I Track My Order?

As soon as your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number.

How Can I Return a Product?

Items and ensembles can be returned in the same condition as they were received. We will issue a refund less shipping, duties, and a $25 re-stocking fee. Simply notify us of your intent to make a return and we will assist you further.

Virtual Baby Showers

What is a Virtual Baby Shower?

Our unique registry concept allows expectant parents to create and then crowdfund a Virtual Baby Shower. Unlike traditional registries where loved ones gift a single-item off a registry, we allow friends and family to contribute whatever amount of money they choose towards the total value of your shopping cart. Our concept is unique because it allows loved ones the ability to be a part of a very meaningful gift, one that is often for a much larger-ticket item than they would purchase on their own. It also ensures friends and family can participate in the arrival of baby at every budget level.

It’s simple: You choose what is in your cart >> your loved one choose a gift amount to contribute >> and once your cart is fully-funded, we ship the contents of your cart to you.

What happens if my cart goal is not fully-funded?

If the cart goal is not reached, you can either revise the items in your Virtual Baby Shower to match the value that was raised or we can issue you a gift card in the amount that was raised and you can build a new cart, using the gift card during checkout.

When will the registry items in my Virtual Baby Shower ship to me?

Once a campaign is fully-funded you will be notified by email. Please allow up to 7-business days for order preparation and an additional 7-business day for shipping via Colissimo La Poste from Paris. We will ship to the address you indicated when creating your Virtual Baby Shower. As soon as your order is shipped, we will provide you with tracking and scheduled delivery date. If you require expedited service, please contact us.
